Is it eat 3lbs a day of meat only in the first 3 days or 3lbs in 3 days. I was hoping to find someone who could tell me what the 3 day prep phase is. Can anyone help me. You can have apple cider vinegar, and you can must have a serving of fat per day. You could use your teaspoon of olive oil and some ACV to make your own vinaigrette. The key is to keep eating. You may not feel like eating more veggies or meat, but keep doing it. The more you eat in this phase, the more you lose.

Wait no I dont. I am being good. If you are doing the 3-day restart, you eat unlimited amounts - fish, chicken with skin is ok, but no batters or sauces , steak, ground beef. I usually buy a roast chicken and eat that during the day and then have steak for dinner. I once asked a counselor and she said if a re-start is done too often it is counter-productive and you end up gaining instead of losing.
